Professional Scrum Master

De geheel vernieuwde Professional Scrum training is ontwikkeld door Ken Schwaber in samenwerking met de Professional Scrum trainers van Scrum.org. Deze training wordt verzorgd door Cesario Ramos, de eerste Professional Scrum Trainer in Nederland en oprichter van AgiliX Agile Consulting.
In deze training leren de deelnemers hoe ze als Scrum Master development teams en Product Owners kunnen faciliteren in het succesvol zijn met Scrum. In de training worden naast de Scrum basics, Scrum rollen en Scrum adoptie ook uitgebreid ingegaan op hoe je waarde creatie, ontwikkel productiviteit en total cost of ownership van software producten kunt optimaliseren.

Doelgroep
De training is speciaal bedoeld voor Scrum Masters, maar de inhoud van de training is van toepassing op iedereen die software teams ondersteund in het verbeteren van het gehele software ontwikkel proces. Als je verantwoordelijk bent voor Scrum adoptie binnen een project of organisatie dan is het volgen van deze training een uitstekende stap.
Professional Scrum Master certificatie
Om de certificering te behalen dienen de studenten het PSM examen af te leggen. Dit is een online examen en zit bij de prijs inbegrepen.
Voorbereiding op de training
Om het meeste uit de training te halen dienen deelnemers
- De Scrum Guide te hebben doorgelezen.
- Een boek over Scrum te hebben gelezen zoals Software in 30 days of Agile Project Management with Scrum.
- Algemene kennis te hebben van project management.
- Hebben gewerkt in of met een team dat software producten ontwikkeld.
- Meer kennis te willen opdoen over hoe Scrum werkt en hoe je Scrum binnen een organisatie kunt implementeren.
